If you keep trying hard and putting your best foot forward every day, good things will eventually happen. A good place to start is to keep your involvement with SDCBA and the New Lawyer Division.
The attorney-client privilege protects against compelled disclosure of confidential communication between an attorney and her client. The Evidence Code takes this protection a step further by prohibiting attorneys and judges alike from drawing negative inferences from the invocation of the privilege.
Take five minutes a day to proactively prioritizing employee well-being.
There is an ancient curse: may you live in interesting times. Certainly we are living in very interesting times that cause stress, uncertainty, and business disruptions. And yet, there are also opportunities.
